Goodbye June’s Tyler Baker joins Matt Pinfield for this episode of New & Approved.

The interview begins with Baker discussing how Goodbye June was formed. Following the passing of Baker’s brother, the musician grew close to his cousins who decided to form a band together. Eventually, they headed to Nashville to further their music careers.

Baker also discusses each member’s influences that led to the band’s bluesy rock sound. Having grown up listening to classic rock and blues, it was inevitable to start making true rock and roll music.
