Since the tragic loss of Taylor Hawkins last year, Foo fans wondered if the band would continue without their late drummer. Well, looks like the Foo Fighters aren’t going anywhere.

Along with recently scheduled tour dates, the Foo Fighters also revealed exciting news this week. They will be releasing their 11th studio album But Here We Are on June 2nd and to commemorate the announcement, they also just released the first track from the album called Rescued.

The Foos have realized that Taylor would have wanted them to continue. But Here We Are has been described as a brutally honest and emotionally raw response to the tragic year they have experienced. Along with the pain, the album will encompass courageous messages of hope and healing.
