At the age of 81, Ringo Starr has more energy than ever. The former Beatle drummer just announced he will be releasing the EP Change The World on September 24th. This four-song set, which was recorded in Starr’s home studio, will follow his previous EP Zoom In which made its way to the public last March.
Change The World features collaborations from a multitude of Ringo’s buddies including Joe Walsh, Linda Perry, and Toto members Joseph Williams and Steve Lukather. Lukather and Williams wrote the title track which demonstrates Starr’s famously positive outlook on life.
“What a blessing it’s been during this year to have a studio here at home and be able to collaborate with so many great musicians, some I’ve worked with before and some new friends,” Starr stated.
